Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before placing the order.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


Delivery Issues

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or return-to-origin charges may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.


Non-Delivery / Returned Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts will not be eligible for a refund.

Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
